I recently received a card in the mail. I wasn’t sure why I was getting a card, but when I opened it, I discovered it was a card expressing how the person cared about me. I was filled with emotion because somebody thought enough about me to express their care. Imagine how others feel when they know they’re cared for. Imagine how you’ve felt when you’ve heard the words, “I care for you.”

As I write this invitation, I’m reminded that Jesus cares for me, He cares for you, and He cares for the families and kids you care for. In this lesson Jesus shows His care by healing men of leprosy. We might not have leprosy, but I know there are things each of us needs healing from. Take a moment and process that. What’s weighing you down? What’s aching? What’s bothering you? Give it to Jesus. Because in Luke 17:19, we see that the faith of the Samaritan man made him well.

I pray your faith makes you well and causes you to fully see that Jesus cares for you.
