P and A
Location: undisclosed
Missionary Agency: undisclosed
Local Time:
P and A were both born on the outskirts of the USSR in Moscow, Russia during the perestroika time. Both of them grew up in Christian homes, and P is part of a family heritage of ministers in the sixth generation, with his great-grandfather spending time in prison for his faith during Stalin period of USSR.
P accepted Christ in his teenage years, and A did so a bit earlier. P got a degree in business management and worked for several years in the aviation business, buying airplanes for his company. A became an attorney and worked in Moscow, as well. In 2009, they got married as they were finishing up college and starting their business carriers.
From their youth, P and A have both always been heavily involved in all sorts of ministries, starting from teaching kids in Sunday school and singing in choirs, and ending up ordained as a deacon and preaching sermons and leading worships services. Their main passion during their years of ministry as a family from 2009–2017 was an outreach English ministry in Moscow, where they discipled native English-speaking people who needed spiritual growth, and at the same time they evangelized to those who would come to learn English. Seeing people come to know the Lord was the most magnificent thing P and A have experienced in their lives.
After leading a ministry for more than 8.5 years, P felt the call to full-time ministry and the need for theological training. God provided the opportunity to study at Dallas Theological Seminary, and P graduated with a Master of Theology (Th.M.) degree in 2022.
P and A both have a heart for discipleship and sharing the Gospel with those who do not know Christ. They are planning to be involved in several areas of ministry: 1) Evangelism and discipleship with Russian-speaking people and German locals; 2) Giftedness coaching and training in Europe; 3) Leadership development and training in Europe.
God blessed P and A with four children—three girls, R (13), A (8), and E (6), and a son M (3), who P and A feel are probably their greatest accomplishments in life.
